To The Talk Software AS is a company that creates a game-based app where managers and employees can practice difficult conversations that can arise in everyday work life and in the relationships between manager and employees.
You can in the first version choose between 8 different topics for the conversation and 6 different characters, representing different personality types, with which to conduct the conversation.
In the app you will learn how to handle conversations with the different characters, where you have to consider both what they say, and their body language. The conversation partner in the game will respond and react emotionally to the player’s choice of wording, depending on the character’s personality.
You can replay the same conversation over and over again to learn from your mistakes. Much of the training is about how to salvage the conversation if you get off track.
